Dental Care

  1. Tongue Scrape (Orabrush)
  2. Brush (Oral-B iO 6 w/ Gentile Clean Head and Fluoridex Sensitivity Relief Toothpaste)

Shower

  1. Rinse Hair
  2. Apply Shampoo Full Wash Only - (Nizoral A-D or Its a 10 Scalp Restore)
  3. Body Clease Pits and Undercarraige - (Dove Acne Clear Body Cleanser)
  4. Rinse Shampoo
  5. Apply Deep Conditioner Full Wash Only - (Nizoral Deep Condition or Its a 10 Deep Conditioner)
  6. Full Body Exfoliate (Loofah Applied Glytone Body Wash)
  7. Facial Cleanse (Paula's Choice Pore Normalizing Cleanser)
  8. Rinse Deep Conditioner
  9. Deep Contemplation Time
  10. Leave-in Conditioner Non-Full Wash, Post-Shower Applied (Mist of Wanders Leave-In)

Full Hairwashes every 3-4 days. Lukewarm Temperature at most on all hair steps.

Facial Care

  1. Soak Warm+ Temperature
  2. Apply Shaving Oil(Leaf Shaving Oil)
  3. Shave (Leaf Twig Razor and Shaving Soap)
  4. Rinse Cold Water
  5. Apply Post Shave Oil (Leaf Shaving Oil)
  6. Exfoliate Only Upper Face on Shave Days (Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2)
  7. Eye Cream (La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C Eye Cream)
  8. Moisturize Very Light Amount (Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+)
  9. Sunscreen (Paula's Choice Resist Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid)

Shave Timing is a moving target. Used to be daily but now every other.

  4. Moisturize (Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+)
