- Rinse Hair
- Apply Shampoo Full Wash Only - (Nizoral A-D or Its a 10 Scalp Restore)
- Body Clease Pits and Undercarraige - (Dove Acne Clear Body Cleanser)
- Rinse Shampoo
- Apply Deep Conditioner Full Wash Only - (Nizoral Deep Condition or Its a 10 Deep Conditioner)
- Full Body Exfoliate (Loofah Applied Glytone Body Wash)
- Facial Cleanse (Paula's Choice Pore Normalizing Cleanser)
- Rinse Deep Conditioner
- Deep Contemplation Time
- Leave-in Conditioner Non-Full Wash, Post-Shower Applied (Mist of Wanders Leave-In)
Full Hairwashes every 3-4 days. Lukewarm Temperature at most on all hair steps.
Facial Care
- Soak Warm+ Temperature
- Apply Shaving Oil(Leaf Shaving Oil)
- Shave (Leaf Twig Razor and Shaving Soap)
- Rinse Cold Water
- Apply Post Shave Oil (Leaf Shaving Oil)
- Exfoliate Only Upper Face on Shave Days (Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2)
- Eye Cream (La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C Eye Cream)
- Moisturize Very Light Amount (Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+)
- Sunscreen (Paula's Choice Resist Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid)

- Eye Cream (La Roche-Posay Pure Vitamin C Eye Cream)
- Moisturize (Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+)
Health and Fitness
Intake
- 2x Weight Checks/day Morning Post Coffee + Before Bed
- BOOST VHC Drink (+530 kcal, +22g Protein, Strawberry is Best)
- 2/3 Cup of Fiber One Original (+18g Dietary Fiber)
- Multivitamin w/ Iron (Nature Made Multi including Iron)
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (5mg EV Subq Weekly + 2x25mg Spironolactone Daily)
Fitness
- 2-3 Mile Walks At least every other day
- Stretches Morning and Night
- Foam Roll 2x Weekly or as Needed
